I had been dealing with plumbing issues for over a year. I called Pristine Plumbing, and they had people at my home within an hour. I ended up having major plumbing issues. I worked with Ron Blevins, who was always very responsive, he always took the time to answer my questions, and he worked with me on the cost and timing of the repairs. I would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I had pristine plumbing install a new water line from the meter pit to the house. They did what would seem to be a goog job. I had some issues, it took a little while but they came back and got it rught. I would use them again.

We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen sink. We called Pristine and a few hours later Evert was at our house and repaired the leaking pipe and outside water spigot. We are very grateful for the same day, professional service. Evert done a wonderful job. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

The plumbers arrived within an hour of calling them which I was very grateful for since I had a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from and ruining my carpet etc. My husband and I had called two other plumbers before finding this company. One could not get here until August 4th and the other never returned my call. So I was very relieved that they could come right away. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and professional! They found the leak right away. They had it fixed and completed quickly. I'm glad we came across this company and would call them again if I had a problem.

After a not so great plumbing experience with another company, I decided to give Pristine a call, based on all the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed. They did an awesome job and trust me when I tell you it wasn't an easy one. So happy and the best part, they cleaned up after the work was done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean! Love that! If you need plumbing done I highly recommend giving them a call. I also found the cost reasonable, let's face it, plumbing ain't cheap. I didn't need to be nervous, they were quite fair. I will definitely call them again if I need more plumbing repairs.

Prisitne was able to diagnose a problem with our up stairs shower that had been an issue for 10 years. We had 4 other companies look a the problem during that time and all said that we needed our pipes replaced, $5K was the lowest bid. Mike was able to find the real issue and return the shower to its former glory without re piping the bathroom. Great work and thank you so much!!

I called at 7am on a Friday. The owner, Ron, came to my house for an estimate a few hours later. My basement was flooding, and after his team spent hours trying to fix the issue, we realized my old clay pipe sewer line need totally replaced. They have an awesome 12 month no interest finance program that you can use if you run into a big issue like we did. They also have a transferable lifetime guarantee, which was the icing on the cake. I was very pleased with each person that works for them, especially the owner for being present and so helpful. They kept me calm during a very stressful day, and are fixing the problem quickly so I can finish renovating my house to move in. I will he calling Pristine for any and all future plumbing needs (praying I don’t have any more though lol)

In May 2020 all drains backing up. Called Pristine and within a few hours Pristine's rep responded, evaluated. There was no high pressure and great pains were taken to fully inform me what procedures were included to remove clog, repair broken pipe,and hook up to main line. The owner Ron Blevins came out and gave me a quote the same day I called. I was able to get the work done 2 days later. The employees were polite and professional. They did an excellent job on all three projects and their work exceeded my expectations. I will hire Pristine Plumbing again and recommend them to all my friends!

Very pleased. Pristine repaired our sewage ejector pump pit, and had to excavate to repair it. They were very responsive, professional, fixed our sewer quickly, and did a great job. I'll definitely be calling them again.

We needed emergency service after the weekend and Pristine was able to arrive by mid Monday morning. Mike was courteous and professional as he described the.problem. He cleaned our outside drain. Pristine was also reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

He explained what he thought happened and then offered his recommendations for a new one. The installation crew was very efficient and friendly. I called and they came immediately and they gave me a estimate for all the damage. And Mr Sam was very very very polite and I was very comfortable with having him in my house. And he relieved me of the problems I was having with my Plumbing situation. I will recommend them to anyone again. Mr. Sam was great and I give him a five-star. Came out in a few hours, told me what was going on. Had an additional person (manager/owner) come out and give me more information. First job price was 100% reasonable. I need other work done. I am now a Pristine branded Hoosier. I need some tough serious work done. I just need to think about it. I was treated with respect and 100% given that time. If you need help and do not call Pristine - you are doing it wrong. Ty

Sam Evens did an excellent job with our home repair. Our shower faucet was not working properly with water coming out the shower head and faucet at the same time. He was timely and professional. 30 minutes later we had a new faucet and the shower is back to normal. Thanks Pristine Plumbing!

By far the best guys and gals in the area. The lady I dealt with on the phone was knowledgeable and got Joe out to us quick. Joe was awesome. He's been in the business a long time now and had nothing but good things to say about this company...Oh and it also helped that he definitely knew what he was doing! If you are in need of a plumber look no further. And I'd say ask for Joe but the way he works and how good he is to deal with I would bet he gets booked pretty quick.Thanks!!
