Pristine Plumbing showed up on time and with everything they needed to complete the job at my house. I had a leaking water heater and the repair ended up being bigger than expected, they walked me through the entire repair and I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. They had no idea I would need a whole new water heater when they arrived, but once they found out a water heater arrived at my house within the hour. that's prompt service right there. Would definitely hire them again!

My mom’s last water heater was installed by Family acquaintance and boy what a nightmare!! I needed a new unit and installed correctly. After a not so great plumbing experience with another company, I decided to give Pristine a call, based on all the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed. They did an awesome job and trust me when I tell you it wasn't an easy one. So happy and the best part, they cleaned up after the work was done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean! Love that! If you need plumbing done I highly recommend giving them a call. I also found the cost reasonable, let's face it, plumbing ain't cheap. I didn't need to be nervous, they were quite fair. I will definitely call them again if I need more plumbing repairs.

The plumbers arrived within an hour of calling them which I was very grateful for since I had a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from and ruining my carpet etc. My husband and I had called two other plumbers before finding this company. One could not get here until August 4th and the other never returned my call. So I was very relieved that they could come right away. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and professional! They found the leak right away. They had it fixed and completed quickly. I'm glad we came across this company and would call them again if I had a problem.

Prisitne was able to diagnose a problem with our up stairs shower that had been an issue for 10 years. We had 4 other companies look a the problem during that time and all said that we needed our pipes replaced, $5K was the lowest bid. Mike was able to find the real issue and return the shower to its former glory without re piping the bathroom. Great work and thank you so much!!

I called at 7am on a Friday. The owner, Ron, came to my house for an estimate a few hours later. My basement was flooding, and after his team spent hours trying to fix the issue, we realized my old clay pipe sewer line need totally replaced. They have an awesome 12 month no interest finance program that you can use if you run into a big issue like we did. They also have a transferable lifetime guarantee, which was the icing on the cake. I was very pleased with each person that works for them, especially the owner for being present and so helpful. They kept me calm during a very stressful day, and are fixing the problem quickly so I can finish renovating my house to move in. I will he calling Pristine for any and all future plumbing needs (praying I don’t have any more though lol)

In May 2020 all drains backing up. Called Pristine and within a few hours Pristine's rep responded, evaluated. There was no high pressure and great pains were taken to fully inform me what procedures were included to remove clog, repair broken pipe,and hook up to main line.
